Bio-fermentation - body contouring dermal filler

One of the key features of GOLDFILL® Volume is that it is formulated with chemically unmodified Non-Animal Hyaluronic Acid obtained from bio-fermentative origin. This means that the hyaluronic acid used in the product is produced using a natural fermentation process, which is both sustainable and environmentally friendly. Bio-fermentation is a process that uses microorganisms such as bacteria or yeast to produce a substance. In the case of hyaluronic acid, the process involves using bacteria to produce the acid in a controlled environment. This ensures that the hyaluronic acid is free from animal-derived products and is chemically unmodified, which means that it is not altered in any way during the manufacturing process.

Novel technology in body contouring

GOLDFILL® Volume is a highly innovative solution for volume restoration and skin rejuvenation, and one of the key factors that sets it apart is its use of a novel crosslinking technology. The product uses BDDE, which is widely regarded as the “golden standard” in crosslinking agents, to create a highly stable and long-lasting gel for non-invasive body contouring. Crosslinking is the process of chemically linking hyaluronic acid molecules together to create a more stable, long-lasting product. In the case of GOLDFILL® Volume, a novel crosslinking method is used that combines two different types of hyaluronic acid products. This method involves a “light” and “classical” crosslinking step, which results in a monophasic gel that is highly stable and long-lasting in body contouring procedures.

Safety & quality of a body contouring dermal filler

Safety and quality are of utmost importance when it comes to dermal fillers, and GOLDFILL® Volume is no exception. This product has been designed and manufactured to the highest international quality standards, ensuring that it is both safe and effective for use in aesthetic procedures, affecting fat cells and skin laxity. Thanks to that, it is possible to safely conduct skin tightening or even fat reduction. GOLDFILL® Volume has undergone rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure that it meets the requirements of various international quality standards. The product strictly complies with EU standards, including ISO 11737-2 and CE-0373, which are key requirements for medical devices and ensure that the product is safe for use and meets high-quality standards.

Body contouring formula optimization

GOLDFILL® Volume has been optimized to ensure the highest degree of biocompatibility and safety for patients and can be used as a body sculpting and body contouring device. One key aspect of this optimization is the low content of BDDE residue in the product. BDDE is a cross-linking agent commonly used in dermal fillers to increase their stability and durability. While BDDE is a safe and effective cross-linking agent when used in appropriate quantities, it is important to ensure that any residual amounts of BDDE in the final product are kept to a minimum. GOLDFILL® Volume has been optimized to ensure that the content of BDDE residue is kept below 2 parts per million (ppm), which is significantly lower than the maximum limit set by international regulatory bodies.

Homogenization & purification in body contouring

Homogenization and purification are important steps in the manufacturing process of GOLDFILL® Volume, which help to ensure that the noninvasive body contouring is of the highest quality and provides optimal results for patients. During the homogenization process, the hyaluronic acid particles are carefully broken down and reassembled to create uniform-sized particles. This helps to ensure that the product has consistent quality and optimal viscoelasticity, which is important for achieving a natural-looking, long-lasting result.
